Tissue Box Cover and Tardis Blender Cover

I've been working on a lot of different projects since my last post.  I just recently finished a big one.  My sister asked for a cover for her blender for Christmas, I just finished it.  She asked if I could make it a Tardis.  I decided to try and crochet it.  It is mostly crochet but I used some plastic canvas for support.  I had trouble embroidering the signs, it kept sinking into the yarn, so I used some printable fabric.  I think it came out well.  It's missing some details but for a blender cover I think it's fine.  It's around 20" high and around 10" wide and deep.

Another project I did recently is this interesting and fun looking kit I found one day at JoAnn's.

I never used plastic canvas other than for support in crochet projects. I really enjoyed making this.  It was like cross stitching but on a larger scale. I think it came out well.
These are the pieces before I stitched them together.

Finished tissue box cover.  I plan on making other designs I enjoyed doing this so much.
