Ninja Turtle Birthday Party

My youngest daughter loves Ninja Turtles!  So of course that was the theme for her birthday party this year.  I decide to decorate cupcakes since it's a lot easier to hand them out than to cut a cake, especially with younger kids and being at a place where your time is limited.  I made all four turtles and April into cupcakes.  I also made a small cake to put her candle on and to have a board to write out happy birthday.

She insisted that I put Happy Birthday Ninja.  I told her that her name should be on there so we compromised.

My sister-in-law was kind enough to make these awesome fruit and veggie trays.

Different colored grapes, egg for eyes

Carrots, cucumbers, broccoli, olives, egg for eyes

Raspberries, balled mellon, blackberries, kiwi, egg for eyes

Green apple slices, blueberries, blackberries, egg for eyes

Last thing I made is a ninja turtle birthday shirt for her.  I bought a green tshirt and fabric paint to make it.

  2. Wow! This is so cute. I have saved this post because I am very confused about the theme for my sister’s bridal shower. I can take up this theme for the day. This is going to be very interesting. She is getting married in one of the finest San Francisco wedding venues that I am decorating.
